2013 Carversville Day Poster Contest!
The winner of our Poster Contest this year is:
Sam Bellucci. 

The original will be signed and framed and ready for the Live Auction at 1pm.



CleanUp Day
Saturday, April 20th

9am - 12pm

The event will begin in the Square.  Sign up for a road or street and spend the morning cleaning our lovely village while enjoying your neighbors. After you are done, join us next the General Store for and HCS sponsored lunch.


 

Carversville Day!
Saturday, May 18th

10a - 2:30pm

Our Village Fair is in the town Square. 

Schedule of the day:


9am   •  Cookie contest entries [4 dozen of the same cookie] to be delivered to Cookie Contest booth.

                     Entries accepted til 10am when contest begins.

10am   • Village Fair begins, Crafters, White Elephant
            • New Hope Solebury Jazz Band performs till 11am

11am  • The Pretigious Pet Parade begins at Noel Barrett's porch

                (registration all morning til 10:45 at HCS booth)

12pm   • The Hazelrigg Brothers Band with renowned vocalist, Michelle Wiley and David Stier on drums.
            • Magician's performance and Kid’s games

1:00     • Live Auction with Noel Barrett! Sneak a peak at some of the items!

1:30     • Watermelon Eating contest!

2:00     • Raffle Jar & Cookie Contest Winners announced!

Enter the Cookie Contest and win the handmade, one-of-a-kind Cookie Jar from our local artist, Nan Kirstein.  Join us for The Pet Parade starts at 11- dress up your pet and everyone's a winner. Wonderful food and crafters and live music:  New Hope Solebury High School Jazz Band in the morning at 10 and The Hazelrigg Brothers Band with renowned vocalist, Michelle Wiley and David Stier on drums at 12pm! Our Live Auction is at 1pm! And don't forget our great dollar raffles. We will be including an iPad this year along many great items!

Films in The Field

Each year, the Historic Carversville Society in collaboration with the County Theater in Doylestown, present three films projected on the last Monday of June, July and August, weather permitting.

All films start at dusk.
